OBRA Pro (formerly MusicWall Pro) Trial - Terms of Use

All trial offers are subject to change without notice and are only available once per email address.

This document is a draft and should be reviewed and adapted by a legal professional. OBRA is a project currently without generated income to implement these terms, but every effort will be made to do so as quickly as possible.

1. Description of Pro Trial

• 14-day free trial: Experience all Pro features for 14 days at no cost.
• One trial per user: The free trial is limited to one per email address.
• Full Pro benefits: During the trial period, you'll have access to all Pro features including:
  • Unlimited projects and songs uploads
  • Stream count tracking
  • Advanced profile customization
  • Verified account status
  • Premium support and resources
• Automatic communications: By starting a trial, you'll automatically receive essential OBRA communications about your account and trial status.

2. Trial Limitations

• Time-limited access: The trial automatically expires after 14 days.
• One-time offer: Each email address can only use the Pro trial once.
• No payment required: The trial does not require payment information.
• Feature limitations: OBRA reserves the right to limit certain features within the trial at its discretion.

3. Trial Modification and Termination

OBRA is a personal project without investment, legal infrastructure, or generated income to implement these terms at present. As such, OBRA reserves the right to:

• Modify the trial features, duration, or availability at any time without prior notice.
• Terminate any trial at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Suspend or discontinue the trial program entirely at any time.
• Change the terms and conditions of the trial offering.

4. Responsibilities and Disclaimers

• OBRA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your account or data. You agree to use the Pro Trial at your own risk.
• OBRA does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality, or intellectual property rights of the content uploaded by trial users.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account during the trial period.
• By starting a trial, you acknowledge that your email will be registered as having used a trial, and this information will be stored for verification purposes.

5. Conversion to Paid Subscription

• The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• To continue using Pro features after the trial period, you must purchase a Pro subscription.
• Upon trial expiration, your account will revert to standard features unless you choose to upgrade.
• OBRA may contact you with offers to upgrade to a paid subscription before and after your trial expires.

6. Communications

• By starting a trial, you agree to receive relevant communications from OBRA regarding your trial status, account information, and essential updates.
• These communications are considered part of the service and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active trial.
• OBRA respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
