OBRA PRO - 30-Day Guarantee

OBRA no longer offers a free trial. This page replaces the previous trial terms: what we offer instead is a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan.

This document is a draft and should be reviewed and adapted by a legal professional.

1. What the guarantee covers

• 30 days from your first payment: if OBRA is not for you, we refund that payment in full.
• Monthly or yearly: the guarantee applies to the first payment of either billing cycle.
• No questions asked: you do not have to justify the request, and nothing is deducted from the refund.

2. How to ask for it

• Write to info@obra.art from the email address of your account, within 30 days of the payment.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually land within a few business days.
• One guarantee per customer: it covers the first paid subscription, not every renewal.

3. What happens to your account

• When the refund is issued, the subscription ends and the account goes back to OBRA LITE. Nothing is deleted: your profile, your works and your URL stay exactly where they are.
• Projects beyond the LITE limit stop being public, but they remain in your account and come back the moment you subscribe again.

4. Free plan and cancellation

• OBRA LITE is free and has no time limit: you can build your profile and publish it without ever paying.
• You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Your price does not go up while your subscription stays active.

5. Changes and limits

• OBRA may change or withdraw this guarantee for future purchases. Any purchase made while it was published keeps it.
• OBRA may decline a refund request when the account shows abuse of the guarantee (repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
• Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are not affected by this document.
