Bio

Lenzman is Amsterdam-based drum & bass producer Teije van Vliet, celebrated for soulful liquid funk that bridges golden-age hip-hop samples with deep, melancholic rollers. After earning critical acclaim on Metalheadz—including the personal concept album Bobby—he founded The North Quarter in 2016, a boutique imprint releasing jungle, soul, and jazz-inflected bass music in unconventional formats. His catalog spans collaborations with DRS, Children of Zeus, IAMDDB, Redeyes, and a roster of UK vocalists, while he maintains weekly Spotify playlists covering soulful D&B and hardbodied hip-hop.
