After earning critical acclaim on Metalheadz—including the personal concept album Bobby—he founded The North Quarter in 2016, a boutique imprint releasing jungle, soul, and jazz-inflected bass music in unconventional formats. His catalog spans collaborations with DRS, Children of Zeus, IAMDDB, Redeyes, and a roster of UK vocalists, while he maintains weekly Spotify playlists covering soulful D&B and hardbodied hip-hop. Originally from Leiden's North Quarter district in the Netherlands, he now operates from Amsterdam and remains prolific on his label, with singles like Heart Is So Heavy (May 2026) and Out The Dance pushing a warmer, soul-rooted sound. With 136K+ monthly Spotify listeners and decades of underground credibility, he champions musicality and longevity over trend-chasing. ## Has worked with [Explore all credits](https://obra.art/lenzman#artistas) 5.3M Total plays & views Projects20 Since2022 Verified streams · verified today 5,280,543 +3 K a day · +78 K a month, on average 20 projects · 21 artists · since 2022 spotify 100 % 5,280,543 95 days · Total ## Records [150K has passed 150,000 streams Echoes of November Submorphics, Lenzman 17 days ago](https://obra.art/lenzman/echoes-of-november) [80K has passed 80,000 streams Heart Is So Heavy Lenzman, Redeyes, Pinty, Natacha Kanga 39 days ago](https://obra.art/lenzman/heart-is-so-heavy) [60K has passed 60,000 streams Golly Fox, Lenzman 62 days ago](https://obra.art/lenzman/golly) [100K has passed 100,000 streams Cold Neon FD, Lenzman 68 days ago](https://obra.art/lenzman/cold-neon) Most played ## Most played [01 MAZI Charli Brix, Lenzman, Slay 856.902 857 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/mazi) [02 Silver - Lenzman Remix Lovescene, Lenzman 793.441 793 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/silver-lenzman-remix) [03 High & Low - Zero T Remix Lenzman, Redeyes, Zero T 425.998 426 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/high-and-low-zero-t-remix) [04 Looking For Diversion - Lenzman & Duskee Remix Technimatic, Lenzman, Duskee 261.042 261 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/looking-for-diversion-lenzman-and-duskee-remix) [05 The Messenger Submorphics, Lenzman 198.421 198 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/the-messenger) [06 Yagga Yagga The Sauce, Fox, Lenzman 192.539 193 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/yagga-yagga) [07 Wet Like Water Lenzman, Redeyes 187.619 188 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/wet-like-water-3) [08 Wet Like Water Lenzman, Redeyes 187.619 188 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/wet-like-water-2) [09 Yagga Yagga - Lenzman Remix The Sauce, Fox, Lenzman 187.131 187 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/yagga-yagga-lenzman-remix-2) [10 Beef Lenzman 178.346 178 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/beef) Has worked with ## 21 artists. and 7 more Catalog ## 20 releases. 2026 2 [Heart Is So HeavyLenzman, Redeyes, Pinty, Natacha Kanga · 87 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/heart-is-so-heavy) [Out The DanceLenzman, Redeyes, Danny Sanchez · 147 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/out-the-dance) 2025 4 [Cold NeonFD, Lenzman · 105 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/cold-neon) [Yagga Yagga (Lenzman Remix)The Sauce, Fox, Lenzman · 380 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/yagga-yagga-lenzman-remix) 380 K [Quiet StormT.R.A.C., Lenzman · 125 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/quiet-storm) [Pure Love - Lenzman RemixPrivate Joy, Lenzman · 29 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/pure-love-lenzman-remix) 2024 6 [GollyFox, Lenzman · 62 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/golly) [Drowning - GLXY RemixArtificial Intelligence, Lenzman, GLXY · 95 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/drowning-glxy-remix) [High & Low - Zero T RemixLenzman, Redeyes, Zero T · 426 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/high-and-low-zero-t-remix) [Looking For Diversion - Lenzman & Duskee RemixTechnimatic, Lenzman, Duskee · 261 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/looking-for-diversion-lenzman-and-duskee-remix) [Echoes of November / The MessengerSubmorphics, Lenzman · 348 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/echoes-of-november-the-messenger) 348 K [After HoursLenzman, Redeyes · 307 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/after-hours) 2023 2 [Midnight FantasyLenzman, Redeyes · 156 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/midnight-fantasy) [Members OnlySubmotive, Lenzman, Jubei · 87 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/members-only) 2022 6 [BeefLenzman · 178 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/beef) [MAZICharli Brix, Lenzman, Slay · 857 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/mazi) [Wonder YearsLenzman, Redeyes · 418 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/wonder-years) 418 K [Wet Like WaterLenzman, Redeyes · 303 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/wet-like-water) [Playing It OffLenzman, Redeyes, Private Joy · 115 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/playing-it-off) [Silver - Lenzman RemixLovescene, Lenzman · 793 K](https://obra.art/lenzman/silver-lenzman-remix) Catalog · Notes · Curatorial Bio Lenzman is Amsterdam-based drum & bass producer Teije van Vliet, celebrated for soulful liquid funk that bridges golden-age hip-hop samples with deep, melancholic rollers.
