AEREA is a Berlin- and Madrid-based electronic music project formed in 2021 by producer Álvaro ("Al'") and vocalist Caar. Their sound is built through a layered approach to techno, where atmosphere, rhythm and voice coexist as part of the same living structure. The project blends emotional, hypnotic club rhythms with ambient textures and carefully placed vocal passages, moving between hard techno and more melodic, driving grooves. AEREA has released steadily since 2021 across singles and EPs, with tracks such as 'Monsters', 'Amor Dulce' and the 2026 single 'In a Spiral'. The duo performs across European club and festival circuits, including Berlin venues, and is featured on Beatport and Resident Advisor. They currently draw around 330,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
