Bio

wev is a Brooklyn-based DJ and producer whose sound fuses late-'90s video game aesthetics, America's deep house lineage, and the immediacy of UK club music. Since debuting the wev moniker in 2018, he has turned out Billie Eilish edits played by Disclosure, dubby anthems remixed by John Tejada, and collaborations with Lauren Faith — while earning syncs for Marc Jacobs Heaven, Adidas, and G-Shock, and placing 'watchyaback!' on the Bomb Rush Cyberfunk OST. His May 2026 debut album OST — a self-portrait built from hardware like the Korg EMX-1 and a lifetime of game soundtracks — expands beyond house into breakcore, jungle, and cinematic electronic worlds. Visual art is central to the project: projection-mapped live shows and animations by Nam Mac (@lordstingray) accompany sold-out Brooklyn parties and edits with tens of millions of views online. With a North American and Asia tour ahead and releases in the works with A-Trak, wev builds immersive worlds for both body and mind.
