VHS Dreams is the project of UK-based, Greek-born electronic producer George Dervenagas. A DJ-turned-producer, he broke through with his sophomore record TRANS AM, a top seller that put him at the forefront of the 2015 retrowave movement; his singles Nightdrive and R.E.D.M have gathered over 20M lifetime streams (30M+ across his catalog). He drew on 80s and 90s influences for the ambient-house LP Lost World (2018) and the 2023 album FIRE. Beyond his own releases he is an in-demand remixer, reworking tracks for artists such as The Lightning Kids and LAU. His sound fuses euphoric retro synths with breakbeats, made for streamers and retro aesthetics.
