Una Rams is a South African singer, rapper and producer from Makwarela, Thohoyandou, often described as 'the personification of African cool' and a global ambassador for Vhavenda culture. A multi-talented musician equally at home rapping, singing and producing, he was the first Gen-Z artist from South Africa to have his music played on Apple Music's Beats 1 Radio. As a producer he contributed to Black Coffee's Grammy-winning album 'Subconsciously', and his own catalogue moves fluidly across afro house, afro tech and afro R&B. His releases include the 2016 project 'Pink Moon', the 2021 mixtape 'hold me when it's cold' and the 2025 album 'meet me at the altar'. He remains highly active, dropping the 2026 singles 'Moratiwa', 'Sheleni' and 'Shy' in May 2026.
