TOSHIKI HAYASHI(%C) is a Tokyo-based DJ, beatmaker, and music producer rooted in hip-hop while drawing on city pop, R&B, and lo-fi hip hop. In 2019 he released the TIME IS OVER EP featuring BASI and Mamiko Suzuki via Manhattan Records, followed by the full-length album City to City, Coast to Coast in November 2024. He has produced, remixed, and collaborated with artists including iri, SKRYU, and chelmico, and performs nationwide as chelmico's live support DJ.
