Sweatson Klank (formerly known as TAKE) is a Los Angeles-based producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist who helped shape the city's early beat scene. His Sketchbook nights laid the groundwork for the legendary Low End Theory club night, a proving ground for boundary-pushing electronic music. Over the past two decades he has released on forward-thinking labels including Warp, Ghostly International, Friends of Friends and Project Mooncircle, moving fluidly between hip-hop, house, ambient and downtempo. He has shared stages and studios with peers such as Flying Lotus and TOKiMONSTA. His sound blends warm analog instrumentation with crisp, sample-driven beats and a deep house sensibility. He remains highly prolific, releasing the album 'Super Stuff' in June 2026 alongside a steady stream of singles throughout the year.
