Bio

SUNLEE (Sidafa Sano, also known as Sano Sidaf Omar) is a Guinean-rooted DJ and producer based in Nice, France, whose sound bridges West African percussion with afro house, afro tech and melodic electronic production. He began his career in the early 2010s playing clubs across Odessa, Sochi, Moscow, Warsaw and Kraków before settling on the French Riviera in 2014, building a reputation through sets on Radio Monaco's Be My Guest, Radio FG's Happy Hour, and festivals including Les Plages Électroniques in Cannes alongside artists like The Avener. As co-founder of Altersoul Music — an independent label specializing in afro house, melodic house and organic electronic music — Sunlee has released a growing catalog on Beatport and Spotify including Khare with Idd Aziz, Lokiro, Keleh, Bollywood and Inguwa, with Khare remixes landing in April 2026. His productions fuse traditional Guinean rhythm with deep club grooves, earning support across the global afro house circuit while driving releases through the Altersoul roster.
