Bio

St. David is the artistic alias of Italian DJ, producer, and musician Davide Disanto, born in Bari, Italy in 1991. Known for an authentic old-school house sound rooted in the golden era of American house — Strictly Rhythm, Nervous, Henry Street — his tracks feature groovy classic drums, disco-jazz samples, and jackin grooves built for modern dancefloors. He is the founder of Theory Of Swing Records, a vinyl-only underground house imprint from southern Italy dedicated to preserving 90s house spirit. Selected for the Beatport Next Class of 2025, his catalog spans Rekids, Henry Street Music, Definitive Recordings, Hard Times, Heist Recordings, Skylax, and !K7 Records / DJ-Kicks: Cinthie, with support from The Martinez Brothers. Into 2026 he maintains a prolific release pace — including The Freakshow EP on Chiwax and The Message Of Love — while touring clubs and festivals across Italy and Europe.
