Bio

Spencer Brown is an American producer and DJ from Los Gatos, California, working across progressive house, melodic house, techno and trance. Discovered by Avicii — who signed his 2014 'Chalice EP' to LE7ELS — he has since become a mainstay of Above & Beyond's Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, with further releases on Bedrock, mau5trap, Global Underground and his own label diviine (launched 2022). A Duke University electrical-engineering graduate, he is best known for his three continuous-mix studio albums: Illusion of Perfection (2018), Stream of Consciousness (2020) and Equanimity (2023). He keeps a relentless release schedule — dropping monthly EPs through early 2026 — and holds a residency at Stereo Montreal. Over his career he has shared releases and stages with John Digweed, deadmau5, Above & Beyond, Calvin Harris and Armin van Buuren. With roughly 342k monthly Spotify listeners and a catalogue spanning well over a hundred tracks, he is a professional, highly active mid-tier producer.
