Anything 140. SEMPA is a dubstep, 140 BPM, and grime producer/DJ from Newport, Wales, making waves across the UK underground electronic scene. He started DJing in 2021 and production in 2022, finding his community through PullUp Recordings in 2023 — a relationship that helped push him from local rooms to GemFest mainstage, Boomtown, and an eight-city UK headline tour with near-sellout shows. With consistent streams in the hundreds of thousands and roughly 55K monthly Spotify listeners, his music draws DJ support from Kettama, Oppidan, Mike Skinner, Sicaria, and Notion. June 2026's You're Mine EP on Southpoint — alongside PullUp singles like ACES, REDUNDANT, and SHATTER — showcases his dark, tension-driven sound built on sharp percussion and heavy low-end for sound-system culture.
