Sega Bodega
Sega Bodega is the recording, production and DJ alias of Salvador Navarrete, an Irish-Chilean producer, singer and songwriter born in Galway in 1992 and raised in Glasgow before settling in London. He co-founded the boundary-pushing label and collective NUXXE in 2016 alongside Shygirl and Coucou Chloe, helping shape what the press calls the deconstructed-club and hyperpop wave. As a producer he has shaped records for Shygirl, FKA twigs, Caroline Polachek, Björk and Eartheater, with NUXXE tracks famously soundtracking Rihanna's Fenty Beauty campaigns. His solo discography spans the albums Salvador (2020), Romeo (2021) and Dennis (2024), released across Activia Benz, NUXXE and his current label ambient tweets. In August 2025 he released the collaborative EP PIKI with Spanish singer Judeline, followed in November 2025 by the ambient opus I Created The Universe So That Life Could Create A Language So Complex, Just To Say How Much I Love You. He also performs and writes as one half of Kiss Facility with Mayah Alkhateri, and continues to tour internationally as both DJ and live artist.
