Samer Soltan is a Tunisian-born producer, DJ, and sound designer based in Brussels, Belgium. After moving from Tunisia to study electronic music and sound design at SAE Brussels, he built a catalog of melodic house and techno releases on Monaberry, Earthly Delights, Krafted Underground, Secret Fusion, and his own imprint Sanctuary Music — earning support from Dixon, Âme, Joris Voorn, John Digweed, Denis Horvat, and Frankey & Sandrino. His storytelling in the studio runs deep: breakthrough track "Agnes" was named after his wife, built from a guitar sample into a harmony of pads and drums over three weeks. As founder of Sanctuary Music, he releases his own productions alongside curated underground talent, with 2026 singles including Catch The Heat and Agitato remixes keeping his Beatport presence active. Booked for UNVRS Ibiza, Extrema Outdoor, and clubs across Belgium's diverse scene, Samer represents the next wave of Brussels-based house producers building both a personal brand and a label ecosystem.
