Sam Ourt
Santiago Ortega, known professionally as Sam Ourt, is a Venezuelan-born producer and DJ now based in Alicante, Spain. Raised in Maracaibo with Indigenous Guajira and Añú roots, he grew up immersed in Venezuelan folk traditions before launching the Sam Ourt project in 2017. After breaking through with melodic, futuristic releases on NCS, Spinnin Records, Warner Music, Sony and Hexagon—amassing hundreds of millions of streams worldwide—he evolved toward Latin house, tech house and Afro house. Recent singles including "If You Know" (April 2026) and "Calypso (Sacude)" maintain an active release schedule across Beatport and Spotify.
