After years performing as hook singer Mike Maven and leading the experimental neo-soul ensemble Young Pandas — touring and collaborating across hip-hop and indie circles — he returned to releasing music under the saint rumi moniker with a focus on dreamy chillhop, jazz beats, and classic boom-bap grooves.
