Rachel Baiman is a Chicago-born fiddle player, singer-songwriter, and record producer based in Nashville, Tennessee. She relocated to Nashville at 18 and has since built a reputation as one of the city's most versatile and politically engaged Americana artists. An Illinois State Fiddle champion at 17, she produced her own acclaimed 2023 album 'Common Nation of Sorrow,' named one of the best albums of the year by The Boston Globe, which explores stories of American capitalism and community.
