Bio

Under the Priori moniker, Montreal producer, DJ, and mixing engineer Francis Latreille has become a crucial voice in underground techno and electronic music. Across four full-length albums — including the Juno Award-winning This But More (2025) — plus dozens of EPs and collaborative projects on NAFF Recordings, Midgar, Animalia, and Jump Source, he builds hyper-detailed worlds between the biological and the synthetic, weaving dub techno, IDM, and lo-fi house into fractal rhythms and crystalline melodies. Co-founder of NAFF Recordings with Ex-Terrestrial and operator of the Jump Source studio with Patrick Holland, he has also mixed records for Maara, Bambii, Roza Terenzi, James K, and D. Tiffany. His 2026 output includes Fold (April 2026) and Endlessly with BEA1991 (June 2026), maintaining a prolific release cadence while touring and shaping Canada's underground dance scene from Montreal.
