Bio

pepperonibeats is the project of Giuseppe, an Italian producer and beatmaker based in Rome. After more than a decade as a rock and blues guitarist and live band singer, he shifted his focus to ambient, lo-fi hip hop and chillhop — crafting warm, melody-driven instrumentals built around Rhodes piano, guitar and synthesizers. Born as an independent project, pepperonibeats has landed on major Spotify editorials including Lo-Fi Beats, Lush Lofi and lofi + chill, and released through labels such as Lofi Girl, Pueblo Vista, Lofi Bloom, Chilled Cat and Salad Days Records. Beyond streaming, he co-hosts 3amEspresso with Strong.AL& and Simber — billed as Italy's first podcast dedicated to lofi music and production. Under the ambient alias gpds he explores spacious synth landscapes, including the album Dreamland on Lofi Records / Lofi Girl. His 2026 run includes the till dawn EP, singles like Lava Lamp and when it rains, and steady weekly drops aimed at late-night relaxation and study sessions.
