Olendo is a Sydney-based producer and DJ crafting organic house and downtempo music where global percussion, ethnic instrumentation, and hypnotic grooves meet modern electronic production. Greek-Australian by heritage, he grew up between traditional melodies at home and multicultural club culture in Australia — a contrast that shaped his intuitive, feel-first approach to rhythm and atmosphere. After years producing minimal deep tech under the alias Nuendo and performing across Australia's east coast, he relaunched the Olendo project in 2022 inspired by a Tulum-style residency in Sydney, pivoting toward organic textures, congas, and ritualistic dancefloor energy. Releases on Sounds Of Sirin, Be Adult, Cafe De Anatolia, and Magnetic Magazine Recordings have earned support across the organic and afro house circuit, with standouts like "Caminho Do Sol" and "El Greco" racking up hundreds of thousands of streams. Kicking off 2026 with the Folklore EP and steady drops including Palabras, Tiki Taka, and Slow, Olendo builds music meant to be felt rather than consumed — pulse, groove, and depth over algorithm-friendly formulas.
