NITTI — born Richard Cook Mears IV on May 10, 1994 — is a Miami-based producer, DJ, and vocalist whose 12x Platinum-certified discography spans tech house, bass house, Latin pop, and hip-hop. Growing up in Haiti with missionary parents before settling in Miami, he developed a multicultural musical ear that has made him one of the most versatile producers in the dance music world. He rose to prominence as Nitti Gritti before rebranding to NITTI, and along the way produced 'Move to Miami' for Enrique Iglesias featuring Pitbull, co-wrote '200 MPH' with Diplo for Bad Bunny's landmark X 100PRE album, and formed the Grammy-nominated tech house duo SIDEPIECE with DJ Party Favor — their 2019 single 'On My Mind' featuring Diplo earned a nomination for Best Dance Recording at the 63rd Grammy Awards.
