Nessen
Nessen is a beatmaker, instrumentalist, and audio engineer from the midwestern United States whose work blends cinematic textures, soft ambient melodies, and chill lo-fi beats. Fueled by an interest in outer space and a passion for filmmaking, his signature sound sits at the intersection of downtempo, dark ambient, and lo-fi hip hop — built for late-night listening, study sessions, and reflective moods. Tracks like "Tempest," "Moonwake," and "Nighttime Voyage" have earned him a dedicated following across Spotify editorial and curated playlists, while collaborations with artists such as LUXID AXID and Floating Memories showcase his range from meditative soundscapes to pulsing chillhop grooves. He curates themed playlists including "lovey lofi" and "cinematic chillhop" for his community, and maintains an active release schedule with singles such as "echoes of eden" and "A Paladin's Oath" dropping in June 2026. Known online as @nessen.wav, Nessen continues to build a catalog that merges atmospheric production with accessible, vibe-forward instrumentals.
