Bio

mori (real name Martín) is a Madrid-based avant-pop artist and self-producer, one of the founding figures of Rusia-IDK, the avant-garde collective that has been reshaping the Spanish capital's underground party scene since 2019. His music fuses bedroom-pop intimacy with experimental electronic production and Spanish-language lyricism, drawing comparisons to close peers like Ralphie Choo and rusowsky — both frequent collaborators. The 2019 single 'olas' with rusowsky has surpassed 5.3 million Spotify streams, and 'WCID?' with Ralphie Choo has crossed 2.4 million. In February 2026 mori released his debut full-length album 'El Niño Bola' on the Rusia-IDK label, a sixteen-track project where he writes, performs and self-produces from end to end. Dazed has highlighted his 'avant-garde approach to music production' and 'dedication to artistic integrity within Rusia-IDK'. He plays Barcelona on May 21st, 2026 as part of his ongoing tour cycle.
