Menson
Menson is the production alias of Copenhagen DJ and producer Mads "Massimo" Jensen — a staple of the Danish deep/tech house underground since breaking through in 2007. Known as a warm-up specialist and resident at Culture Box, KB18, TIPI and TS Bar, he builds deep, dubby grooves with progressive edges and patient selector control. Beyond the decks he runs StudieStrasse Records (named after Studiestræde in downtown Copenhagen), releasing soulful deep house, funk and electronica, and also composes for film, advertising and web with partner Thomas Madvig. After a long release pause he returned in 2026 on StudieStrasse with Don't U Know, True, Ts and I've Been Waiting — continuing a sound forged across two decades. Spotify tags him under jazz house; his catalog also spans Apple Music, Beatport, Bandcamp, TIDAL and SoundCloud mix series such as Copenhagen Dreaming and NECKBREAKER.
