Feeling boxed in by formal education, he charted his own path and built a melodic house sound rooted in classic progressive house — lush arpeggios, sweeping progressions and exquisitely delicate breakdowns. He is the founder of Distant, a platform that grew from a monthly podcast into a sold-out event series where he performs his signature open-to-close sets (including an all-night-long show at Paradiso, Amsterdam). His music has appeared on respected labels including Colorize, This Never Happened, Armada, Enhanced and Filth on Acid, and he has remixed Joris Voorn, Tinlicker and Röyksopp. His melodic productions have drawn support from Joris Voorn, Lane 8 and BBC Radio 1, with festival and club appearances at DGTL, ADE, Watergate and beyond. He remains highly active, with his latest singles 'Nova' and 'Let It Be (Real)' arriving in May 2026. ## Has worked with [Explore all credits](https://obra.art/meessalome#artistas) 17.6M Total plays & views Projects20 Since2022 Verified streams · verified today 17,559,385 +13 K a day · +401 K a month, on average 20 projects · 15 artists · since 2022 spotify 100 % 17,559,385 86 days · Total ## Records [150K has passed 150,000 streams Nova Mees Salomé, Thysma 22 days ago](https://obra.art/meessalome/nova-2) [150K has passed 150,000 streams Nova Mees Salomé 22 days ago](https://obra.art/meessalome/nova) [1.5M has passed 1,500,000 streams No Echoes - Mees Salomé Remix Estiva, Mees Salomé 28 days ago](https://obra.art/meessalome/no-echoes-mees-salome-remix-2) [700K has passed 700,000 streams Fool's Paradise - Coeus Remix Mees Salomé 39 days ago](https://obra.art/meessalome/fools-paradise-coeus-remix) Most played ## Most played [01 Wardenclyffe - Mees Salomé Remix Joachim Pastor, Mees Salomé 4.198.531 4,2 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/wardenclyffe-mees-salome-remix-2) [02 No Echoes - Mees Salomé Remix Estiva, Mees Salomé 1.532.935 1,5 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/no-echoes-mees-salome-remix-2) [03 Into The Light Mees Salomé, Tyler Mann 1.116.957 1,1 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/into-the-light-2) [04 Wardenclyffe Joachim Pastor, Mees Salomé 1.081.313 1,1 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/wardenclyffe) [05 Fool's Paradise - Coeus Remix Mees Salomé 719.603 720 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/fools-paradise-coeus-remix) [06 Me&Youphoria - Mees Salomé Remix Röyksopp, Mees Salomé 631.708 632 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/me-and-youphoria-mees-salome-remix) [07 Power Over Me Mees Salomé, Tailor 556.182 556 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/power-over-me) [08 All Of You Mees Salomé, ALLKNIGHT 555.092 555 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/all-of-you) [09 Haunted Mees Salomé 539.229 539 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/haunted-3) [10 Haunted Mees Salomé 539.229 539 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/haunted-2) Has worked with ## 15 artists. and 1 more Catalog ## 20 releases. 2026 4 [NovaMees Salomé, Thysma · 154 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/nova-2) [Let It Be (Real)Mees Salomé · 435 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/let-it-be-real) [MindstateMees Salomé, Robby East · 280 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/mindstate) [Into The LightMees Salomé, Tyler Mann · 1,1 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/into-the-light) 1,1 M 2025 2 [No Echoes (Mees Salomé Remix)Estiva, Mees Salomé · 1,6 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/no-echoes-mees-salome-remix) [SolaceHelsloot, Mees Salomé · 308 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/solace) 2024 4 [RoseMees Salomé · 764 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/rose) 764 K [HigherMees Salomé · 377 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/higher) [OneMees Salomé · 197 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/one) [All Of You / Beyond UsMees Salomé, ALLKNIGHT · 692 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/all-of-you-beyond-us) 2023 6 [AgainMees Salomé · 1,2 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/again) 1,2 M [ApartMees Salomé · 963 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/apart) [HauntedMees Salomé · 560 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/haunted) [Omen - Mees Salomé RemixRoss Quinn, Punctual, Mees Salomé · 454 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/omen-mees-salome-remix) [Power Over MeMees Salomé, Tailor · 556 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/power-over-me) [Me&Youphoria - Mees Salomé RemixRöyksopp, Mees Salomé · 632 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/me-and-youphoria-mees-salome-remix) 2022 4 [Fool's ParadiseMees Salomé · 804 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/fools-paradise) [I Still Think of You (Mees Salome Remix)Crimsen, Jordan Arts, Mees Salomé · 453 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/i-still-think-of-you-mees-salome-remix) [I Still Think of YouCrimsen, Jordan Arts, Mees Salomé, Return Of The Jaded · 671 K](https://obra.art/meessalome/i-still-think-of-you) [Wardenclyffe (Mees Salomé Remix)Joachim Pastor, Mees Salomé · 5,3 M](https://obra.art/meessalome/wardenclyffe-mees-salome-remix) 5,3 M Milestones · 1 milestone 1M ### Into The Light Mees Salomé Sep 2026 Catalog · Notes · Curatorial Bio Mees Salomé is a Dutch producer and DJ born and raised in the Netherlands, who began making music at 17 on guitar, piano and drums before studying Creative Production at Rotterdam's Codarts Conservatory.
