Their style blends the timeless feel of jazz and soul with classic house and hip-hop rhythms, drawing on influences like Slum Village and Moodymann. They have released on respected house labels including Heist Recordings, No Art, Let's Play House, Classic Music Company and Defected's Remedy Project, and have collaborated with the likes of Inner City, Folamour, Nebraska and Dreamcastmoe. Their 2023 track 'Downstream ft. Life On Planets' became one of summer's most sought-after track IDs and marked their international breakthrough. In October 2025 they released their sophomore album 'Arriving Home Elsewhere' on No Art, followed by a steady run of EPs and singles into 2026. Known for an almost telepathic studio chemistry, the pair make music that challenges listeners to hear beyond surface-level expectations. ## Has worked with [Explore all credits](https://obra.art/makez#artistas) 31.2M Total plays & views Projects20 Since2023 Verified streams · verified today 31,213,942 +19 K a day · +562 K a month, on average 20 projects · 10 artists · since 2023 spotify 100 % 31,213,942 84 days · Total ## Records [200K has passed 200,000 streams LOOKS LIKE IT (SPACE TALK) Makèz 30 days ago](https://obra.art/makez/looks-like-it-space-talk-2) [200K has passed 200,000 streams LOOKS LIKE IT (SPACE TALK) Makèz 30 days ago](https://obra.art/makez/looks-like-it-space-talk) [50K has passed 50,000 streams Loosen Your Bones - Luke Solomon's Body Edit Makèz, Pinty 30 days ago](https://obra.art/makez/loosen-your-bones-luke-solomons-body-edit) [100K has passed 100,000 streams Anywhere, Anyway (Feat.
