Bio

Main Phase is the project of Adam Schierbeck, a Copenhagen-born DJ and producer known for a versatile, left-of-centre sound shaped by years of digging across house, techno, garage, jungle and dubstep. Launched in 2019, the project marked his return into UK garage after roughly 15 years working across multiple genres and scenes — culture he had studied remotely from Denmark since age 14. He co-founded ATW Records with Interplanetary Criminal during lockdown to release the wave of music they were sitting on, and runs First Touch Archives with Talons. Releases have appeared across key UK bass labels including ec2a, Warehouse Rave and Hardline Sounds, with a catalogue that keeps shifting between rough-edged bass pressure, hypnotic club tools and genre-bending experiments. As a DJ he's a staple in clubs worldwide — Fabric, Panorama Bar, Boiler Room Berlin, Lost Sundays Sydney — building a reputation for high-energy sets driven by deep crates and unreleased cuts.
