Lucid Green is the project of Louis, a French-born multi-instrumentalist, producer and audio engineer based in Bristol, UK. Active since 2017, he blends warm jazz harmony with electronic textures, drawing on influences like Khruangbin, Knxwledge, Tom Misch, Mndsgn and Medasin. Across five albums and dozens of singles he has built a deep lo-fi and jazz-beats catalogue, with releases on labels including Chillhop Records, Jakarta Records, Lofi Girl, College Music, Steezyasf and Kindbrew. He has collaborated with Idealism, Imagiro, Yutaka Hirasaka, brillion, softy and Whilst, and his work features on Chillhop compilations such as Chillhop Essentials Winter and Chillhop Solarpunk. Beyond his own releases he works professionally as a mixing and mastering engineer. With around 222,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, he is a prolific, steadily active producer with a loyal lo-fi audience.
