Bio

Lens (Ellen) is a UK drum & bass producer and DJ signed to Hospital Records. She grew up immersed in Brighton's thriving drum & bass scene, cutting her teeth with residencies at the legendary Volks club before studying electronic music production at Point Blank Music School in London. A chance meeting at a Soul In Motion event in 2018 caught the attention of Hospital Records, leading to an internship, warm-up slots, and eventually a spot co-hosting the label's Rinse FM show. Her self-curated 2022 'Hospital Mixtape: Lens' kicked off a breakthrough run, followed by her debut single 'Love The Way' ft. Lally and the Spearhead Records EP 'Marufo'. Known for weaving effortlessly between jump-up stompers, glossy liquid, jungle rollers and steppers, she has become one of the label's leading new lights. Recent 2026 releases include 'Whole Place Lift / Plus', 'CARNAGE' and 'Monster'.
