Bio

Kormak is a Sydney-based house DJ and producer rapidly emerging as a global force in dance music. His journey began in Sydney's Western Suburbs, cutting edits of Turkish classics for the local migrant community while obsessing over Rage and Armand Van Helden — an early immersion in sampling that shaped his signature sample-heavy, hypnotic house sound. Since his Defected Records debut in 2018, he has released on Catch & Release, Insomniac, Future Classic, Ultra, and TMRW Music, earning support from Fisher, Hayden James, Carl Cox, Solomun, Diplo, Jamie Jones, and Patrick Topping, with consistent airplay on BBC Radio 1 and KISS FM. A 2024 breakthrough brought Coachella (both weekends) and a 30+ date North American tour alongside Hayden James, while he continues building his Batch event series at home and abroad. Beyond his artist project, Kormak runs Bare Blood Studio — a production hub offering co-production, mixing, sample packs, and a producer community — and dropped the single One I Want in April 2026.
