Kamino

Bio

Kamino is the project of Ascanio Brancio, a London-born, New York-based producer and DJ with French-Italian roots whose sound fuses the many strands of house and techno he absorbed clubbing in London in the early 2010s. Though he has been producing for over a decade, his breakthrough came in 2023 with 'Lower Frequency', a record supported by virtually every major tech-house DJ and played in heavy rotation across US festivals. A run of releases — 'Up N Down', 'LSD' and 'Supersonic' — earned him three consecutive Beatport Top 10s in three months, and in 2025 he landed four Beatport Top 10 releases and was named a 1001Tracklists 'Future of Dance 2025' winner. His music has appeared on influential imprints including FISHER's Catch & Release, John Summit's Experts Only, Gorgon City's Realm Records, Thrive Music, Ultra and Universal Music. Having lived in London, LA and Berlin before settling in Brooklyn, his globe-spanning dancefloor experience runs through every production.
