Bio

Kaelin Ellis is a multi-platinum producer and multi-instrumentalist from Lakeland, Florida, who blends funk, hip hop, electronic music and space-age jazz into a singular, beat-driven sound. Drawing on influences from Gospel to Madlib, J Dilla and Flying Lotus, he has spent over a decade releasing prolific instrumental albums and collaborating with the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Logic, TOKiMONSTA, Joyce Wrice, Sango and Virgil Abloh. His credits include NAACP Image Award nominations and placements on Netflix, HBO Max and Amazon, plus work on the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor soundtrack. Beyond his own catalog, Ellis is a celebrated sound-pack designer and Twitch streamer, partnering with Splice, Ableton and MOOG, and is widely known online for his real-time beat-making sessions. With 56 releases spanning albums, EPs and singles, he remains one of the most consistently active independent producers working today.
