Bio

jüle. is the sonic alter ego of Joseph Watt, a London-based producer and multi-instrumentalist. Born during the 2020 lockdowns, he carved a niche within chillhop and lo-fi beats, blending ethereal soundscapes with funk-infused rhythms and jazzy nuances. His tracks have been featured on BBC Introducing's 2020 Hot List, Spotify editorial playlists, and more than 20,000 independent playlists worldwide. Signed to Stereofox Records, jüle. releases instrumental jazz-hop at a prolific weekly cadence — standouts like "Come On Up" have surpassed 3.9 million streams on Spotify. Watt studied at the University of Nottingham and earned a First-Class Honours degree from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, where he won the Novation Award for Innovation. Beyond his solo alias, he works professionally as a producer, arranger, and educator, offering full instrumental production and mixing services through SoundBetter.
