Joshwa (Josh Dickens) is a London-based DJ and producer and one of the most exciting names to emerge from the UK underground tech-house scene. Self-taught from the age of 13, he funded his first set of CDJs selling sweets at school and learned production from YouTube tutorials and forums. He first broke through with a tech-house remix of Fatboy Slim's "Praise You" on Glasgow Underground in 2018, and his 2022 collaboration with house veteran Lee Foss, "My Humps", has amassed over 39 million Spotify plays. He releases on respected imprints including Hot Creations, Repopulate Mars, Cr2, Glasgow Underground, LoveJuice, Spinnin' Deep and Solotoko, frequently producing and collaborating with other artists. Genres span tech house, house and latin house.
