jon-YAKITORY is a Japanese Vocaloid producer and composer who blends hip-hop with Western music in his vocal productions. He started producing on Nico Nico Douga in 2013 as S@TORU and has operated under jon-YAKITORY since 2017, using Vocaloids such as IA, Hatsune Miku and Otomachi Una as well as the CeVIO bank KAFU. He plays synthesizers, guitar and bass and mixes his own work. He has gone viral through his collaborations with hit Japanese singer Ado on songs such as "Rasen" and "Shikabanese," and his 2023 single "Konton Boogie" became a breakout hit in 2024. He also writes and produces for artists including Shiyui and Glim Spanky, and remains active with releases through late 2025.
