Jnr SA is a South African DJ, producer and composer shaping the bridge between Afro House, Afrotech and 3-Step. Known for inventive Afro House remixes of Amapiano hits—most notably his breakthrough rework of Kabza De Small’s “Abalele”—he has become a key tastemaker in the South African dance scene, with support from Shimza, Darque and Kabza himself. A 2024 South African Music Award (SAMA) winner for Best Remix of the Year (Brenda Fassie’s “Weekend Special”), he followed with the D2MA and Indlela EPs and high-profile collabs including “Asilali” with Dlala Thukzin and “Isthombe” with Kabza De Small. In July 2026 he became the first artist signed to Kabza De Small’s Tech Hub label (Sony Music Africa), debuting with the six-track EP Dance To My Afro featuring Oscar Mbo, Sun-El Musician, Section Five, Dlala Thukzin and Kabza De Small.
