Bio

Jarreau Vandal is an Amsterdam-based producer and DJ who grew up immersed in a highly musical environment, absorbing '90s hip-hop and alternative rock — from Red Hot Chili Peppers to Jamiroquai — from an early age. He started producing electronic music at 16 and released his debut EP through the influential Soulection collective in 2014. Since then he has built a reputation for genre-bending 'edits' and flips that fuse alternative R&B, future beats, soul and electronic textures. His catalogue spans the album 'Suburb Superhero: The Villain Within' (2020), the long-running 'Vandalized Edits' series on Bandcamp, and a steady stream of singles including 'RITMO' (feat. Rye Rye), 'Heartless' and 'Wrong Things' (2026). He has performed at events such as Amsterdam Dance Event and recorded a COLORS session, and draws around 266k monthly listeners on Spotify. Vandal keeps releasing new music actively into 2025–2026 as an independent, internationally touring producer.
