Bio

James Juke is one of New York's most trusted house music tastemakers — a Brooklyn-based DJ, producer, and curator born in San Francisco who blends disco roots, jackin' grooves, and garage gold into a sound informed by The Loft, Paradise Garage, and Chicago jackin' house. His party series The Jukeboxx has become a hub for heads, dancers, and DJs across NYC, and he's held down stages at Le Bain, Webster Hall, Brooklyn Mirage, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Golden Pudel in Hamburg, and Fünk Club in Mexico City. On the production front he's scored crossover moments like "Reaching" with LION BABE on A-Trak's A-Trak & Friends label, co-produced across LION BABE's House of LION BABE album, and maintains a prolific catalog of disco-house edits and originals on Robsoul, Brobot Records, Traxsource, and his own Bandcamp. June 2026 brings the deluxe album A Little Lost alongside singles like Plane to CDMX and a Kitty Ca$h remix of Need A Beat — an active mid-tier producer building community and carrying house culture forward.
