hongjoin is a Singapore-born, Brooklyn-based artist-producer who records, produces, and mixes every track himself through a strict DIY process. A Spotify RADAR alumnus, his sound moves between indie pop, alt-rock, and R&B — balancing cinematic production with diary-like songwriting that feels intimate on headphones and alive on stage. He broke through with the 2022 debut album Petrichor and the 2024 sophomore LP KOMOREBI, which earned Top 5 placement on Spotify's Rising 65 playlist. In 2026 he released CLOCKWORK, his first full-length album, alongside singles including Ms. I Thrift Everything and I'm Tom, You're Summer. Drawing on influences from both Asian and Western pop, hongjoin has sold out headline shows in Singapore, opened for artists like Ricky Montgomery and grentperez, and built a global audience concentrated across Southeast Asia and North America.
