GROJ is a French-Australian producer, singer-songwriter, and live act based between Los Angeles and Montreal, operating at the intersection of melodic techno, emotive club music, and narrative songwriting. His sound balances tension and release — distorted, intimate vocals over driving low-end and arpeggiated synths — with releases on Afterlife, Eleatics, Fryhide (HOSH), Traum, Renaissance, and Marginalia. He has performed at HI Ibiza, OFF Sonar, ADE, MUTEK, Piknic Électronik, and Stereo Afterhours, and was featured in Ben Böhmer's BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. In 2025 he founded boxx records, an imprint for emotionally driven, genre-blurring electronic music; his June 2026 single "Break Again" lands on the label alongside April's "Not Once". Drawing from artists like Mild Minds and Ben Böhmer, GROJ favors mood, texture, and gradual emotional release over immediacy — club tracks built for storytelling that linger after the lights come up.
