Fake Mood
Fake Mood is the Russian electronic duo of Viktor Petrov and Dmitry Kokhan, formed in 2015 to carve out a contemporary dance sound rooted in aesthetics and sonic detail. Their productions move between organic and ethnic-tinged electronica and more club-focused grooves, often built with vocalists such as Jinadu, Lazarusman, Aquarius Heaven, and Shawni. Support from DJs including Solomun, Djuma Soundsystem, MoBlack, Hraach, and Armen Miran has taken their records from Ibiza and Tomorrowland floors to Burning Man. Releases have landed on Get Physical, Connected, Earthly Delights, Sol Selectas, and related imprints. Through the White Ocean / Earthly Delights community they co-founded Parallel Lives, a label for their broader dance-music vision. In 2026 they remain active with the Baylamo EP alongside Soul Of Void (July) and fresh remix work including Yamar.
