Bio

Emmaculate is Eric Welton, a four-time Grammy-nominated producer, DJ, and mix engineer from Elgin, outside Chicago, whose meticulous ear earned him the nickname early in his career. Raised in a musical household, he discovered house music in the late '80s and was DJing and producing by 1990, eventually becoming one of Chicago's go-to engineers while learning from the city's house legends. Since stepping out as a recording artist in 2017, he has released originals and remixes on Soulfuric, Nervous, Yoruba, Z Records, Mirror Ball, Ultra, and Djoon, with his Robin S. "Show Me Love" remix topping Traxsource's overall chart in 2022 and Grammy nods for work with Ten City, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, and Yolanda Adams. June 2026 brought the Soul In The Horn remix of "All This Love" alongside originals like "Go Deep" with Terry Hunter, while his sets span SunceBeat, Southport Weekender, and ADE — pushing Chicago soul and global house forward on dancefloors worldwide.
