Drod (pronounced "dee-rod") is an independent artist-producer from Raleigh, North Carolina, blending lo-fi hip-hop, indie, and bedroom pop into a genre-fluid catalog he writes, records, mixes, and masters himself. Born in New Jersey and raised in Raleigh since 2007, he started producing from a cheap mic and laptop in 2017 and has built a steady release rhythm — dropping a new song about every three weeks.
