Dotlights is Casper Rossing, a guitarist turned beatmaker from the Netherlands working from a small homestudio near the German border. Since 2014 he has blended 00s indie guitar aesthetics with downtempo electronica and lo-fi hip hop-inspired beats, creating music often described as dreamy, nostalgic and ethereal. His catalog spans solo albums like A Journey Home (2021) and Unraveled (2026), the Serein EP (2025), and steady releases on Chillhop Music, Midnight Glow and Polymia Records. Featured across Chillhop Essentials compilations from 2020 through Winter 2025, he also runs a mailing list and sells vinyl, tapes and CDs via Bandcamp.
