DJ Plead
DJ Plead is Jarred Beeler, a Melbourne/Naarm-based producer making tough, functional, percussion-driven club music. Drawing on his Lebanese heritage, he folds the rhythms, scales and timbres of Lebanese pop and traditional wedding music into contemporary electronic, R&B and dance forms — a sound that is unmistakably his own. Since his 2018 debut EP 'Get in Circle' (DECISIONS) and 'Pleats Plead' (Nervous Horizon, 2019), he has toured extensively across Europe and China and built a reputation as one of the most distinctive voices in modern club music. He is also half of the drum-focused duo Poison, a member of the trio BV, and the founder of the SUMAC label. His new album 'Please' arrives June 26th 2026 on Smalltown Supersound.
