Bio

Datsunn (Stefan Cvetkovic) is a beat-maker, producer and artist based in Windsor, Ontario — a ten-minute drive from Detroit. He blends classic hip-hop, soul and R&B with a live, finger-drumming approach to beat-making, citing J Dilla, 9th Wonder, Roy Ayers and Lewis Taylor as core influences. He started making live beats in 2006 after being gifted an M-Audio Trigger Finger and has built a global audience through Twitch streams and Instagram clips of his hardware beat sessions. As a Native Instruments, Ableton and Roland partner, he has been featured in Ableton's blog ("Habits That Make Better Beats") and runs his own production course, School of Live Beats, alongside a sample-pack and merch shop at datsunnmusic.com. His 2025 output includes the album Tonic Water plus a string of singles (Flyyy, Pieces Of You, Away, KIWI, HOW IT IS, UR WORLD), continuing a steady release cadence that has produced roughly 50 projects to date.
