D/Angelo is a music producer and DJ originally from Rome and based in New Zealand for the past decade. He crafts progressive house, melodic techno, organic house, and deep progressive sounds with lush ambient textures, groove-driven rhythms, and nature-inspired atmospheres. Before focusing on electronic production he worked nearly 20 years as a Hollywood visual-effects compositor on films including Avatar, Harry Potter, and The Avengers, and brings that same detail-obsessed craft to mixing and mastering. Recent releases include the July 2026 afro-house collaboration Xylo with Rapossa on Lostcolors, the May 2026 remix of Palo Canto’s With You, and a steady run of 2026 singles such as We Are Not Our Bodies, A Whisper Throughout The Day, Only Because It Ends, and You Found Me. He has also released on Cafe De Anatolia (including Desert Road) and builds immersive ethereal club music for dancefloors and headphones alike.
