Daithí Ó Drónaí is an Irish multi-instrumentalist producer and composer based in Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare, working out of his studio in the Burren. He is celebrated for electronic music inspired by Irish culture, capturing organic field recordings and his signature fiddle across deep house, ambient and cinematic instrumental work. His albums include 'L.O.S.S.' (2019), 'I'm Here Now' (2022) and 'Half Known Things' (2024), and he frequently collaborates with vocalists and other artists. He is one half of Houseplants alongside Paul Noonan (Bell X1), curates the Common Threads festival, runs the Beekeepers artist residency studio, and increasingly scores for film. He remained highly active through 2025 with singles including 'Valentine!', 'Ferry2Aran' and a live album recorded in Ballyvaughan.
