ClayDough is a keyboardist and music producer from Oakland, California. Growing up touring internationally in a professional musical family, he absorbed sounds and rhythms from around the world and started beatmaking at age twelve. He graduated from Oakland School for the Arts in Audio Production and Engineering, and builds soulful chord progressions, deep harmonies, and groove-driven production with a recognizable feel across hip-hop, R&B, and Bay Area sounds. His catalog spans solo releases and high-profile placements with artists including LaRussell, P-LO, Kamaiyah, seiji oda, Elujay, Larry June, Saweetie, and Ajai Kasim, and he is also known for live keys work (including LaRussell's Tiny Desk and BottleRock sets). Recent projects include the Key Player beat tape and steady 2026 singles such as take a stroll and Fine Gyal.
